University of Auckland – Jubilee Award
To assist school-leavers who have the potential to succeed at University and for whom the financial assistance would make a significant contribution to their financial needs. Value $2,000.00 per annum for the first three years of her undergraduate programme of study.
University of Otago – Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship
To assist students who have demonstrated all-round ability and who exhibit leadership potential to attend the University of Otago.
Auckland University of Technology – Vice Chancellor Award
This award is valued at approximately $15,000.00 as it covers tuition fees for three years.
First Foundation
Gives preference to students who will be the first in their immediate family to attend university, display leadership qualities, have a proven academic record, demonstrate resilience and who represent the ethnic diversity of low decile schools. Worth four years of tertiary fees.

2022 Scholarships gained by Zayed College Students
Masha Allah our girls have gained academic excellence at year 13. We had 13 year 13 students this year and gained 12 Scholarships. This is a result of hardwork and commitment by both students and staff.

2 x First Foundation Scholarship - This scholarship has a three-tier model of support, consisting of financial support to pay all course fees for the recipient’s tertiary study, a mentor for the duration of tertiary study as well as paid work experience. The recipients are Hafsah Amanullah and Habibah Amanullah

1 x Prime Ministers Vocational Pathway Award - This scholarship has a value of $2,000. The award aims to raise the status of vocational study and recognise the achievements of students excelling in vocational education. Recipient is Marim Mohammed
1 x Keir Trust Study Award - This scholarship has a value of approximately $4000 to $5000 and is presented to students considered worthy and to support their tertiary study at AUT. Recipient is Zahraa Oglah
1 x University of Auckland for Students from Refugee Backgrounds - This scholarship has a value of $5000 and aims to support New Zealand students (citizens or permanent residents) who come from a refugee background. Recipient is Maha AlMansour
1 x University of Otago Dux Scholarship - presented to the Dux of the school, this scholarship has a maximum value of $6000.
3 x Top Achiever Scholarship (The University of Auckland) - The Top Achiever Scholarship is offered by the University of Auckland to recognise and reward exceptional academic performance combined with outstanding sporting, artistic, cultural and / or leadership achievements. In 2019 there were over 3000 applications for this award. It has a financial value of $20,000.
1 x Faculty of Science High achiever Undergraduate Entry Scholarship (The University of Auckland) - The main purpose of this Scholarship is to encourage excellence in the study of subjects in the Faculty of Science. The scholarship has a financial value of up to $5000.
1 x University of Otago Ralph and Eve Seelye Academic Excellence Entrance Scholarship (The University of Otago) - The scholarships were established in 2011 from funds made available by the Ralph and Eve Seelye Charitable Trust. While assisting with general charitable causes, the trust has a strong emphasis on education. This scholarship provides greater than $35,000 for students who have demonstrated academic ability and who can show significant financial need or have life circumstances that present barriers to studying their chosen course at university. This year our student was one of the three people awarded this Scholarship.
1 x Faculty of Education and Social Work Start Smart, Merit Scholarship 2020 (The University of Auckland) - This scholarship has a value of $2,500 for one year study. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to support and encourage excellence of students entering their first year of an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Education and Social Work, at the University of Auckland.
